TERMS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Article 1 - PARTIES
This Terms of Use and Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has entered into force upon electronic approval between the company whose details are provided below ("Company" or "Seller") and the user visiting, registering, or shopping at panoramashoes.com.tr ("Website") ("User" or "Buyer").

Article 2 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the services provided by the Company on panoramashoes.com.tr, specifically in the processes of examining, ordering, and purchasing men's and women's sports and leather shoe models and related accessories.
Article 3 - RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The User declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering on the Website is true before the law, and that the User will immediately and fully compensate the Company for all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.
The User cannot share the created password with other individuals or organizations; the right to use and the security of the password belong solely to the User.
The User accepts in advance to comply with legal regulations and not to violate them while using the Website.
Stock availability and prices of products may be updated instantly during shopping on the Website. The User accepts that the product added to the cart does not carry a price or stock guarantee, and the transaction is finalized upon payment confirmation.
Article 4 - RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to change the content, prices, campaign conditions of the products offered under the Panorama brand, and the design of the Website without prior notice.
The Company has taken measures within the available possibilities to ensure that the Website is free of viruses and similar malicious software. However, ensuring ultimate security is the User's responsibility.
The Company cannot be held responsible for the interruption of access to the Website due to technical malfunctions or force majeure.
Article 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Trademarks (including Panorama), logos, shoe designs, texts, images, and software codes on the Website are the property of TÜRKER AYAKKABICILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. They cannot be copied or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Company.
Article 6 - PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company processes the personal data provided by the Users in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698. For detailed information, the "KVKK Clarification Text" and "Cookie Policy" on the Website are valid.
Article 7 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Turkish Law shall apply in the resolution of disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, and Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized according to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 8 - ENFORCEMENT
The User's registration or shopping as a guest on the Website means that they accept this Agreement. This Agreement has entered into force with the electronic approval of the User.
