RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURN CONDITIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As TÜRKER AYAKKABICILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seller"), your satisfaction with the products you purchase via panoramashoes.com.tr is our priority. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502, you can return the products by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

The product must absolutely be unused, not worn outdoors, and have no deformation/dirt on its sole (We kindly ask you to try the products only indoors and on a clean surface).

The product must be returned with its original tags still attached.
The product must be sent together with its original shoe box and packaging as it was sent to you. Please do not stick the shipping label or shipping tape directly onto the original shoe box. Returns of products with a damaged box or shipping tape attached will not be accepted as they lose their resalability feature.
If any, promotions, accessories (extra laces, etc.) sent with the product, and all copies of the invoice must be included in the package.

2. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
In case the size or color of the product you purchased does not fit, you can request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. The conditions of "being unused and the original packaging not being damaged" specified above are strictly valid for exchange transactions. Your exchange requests will be fulfilled according to the stock availability of the requested product. A return process is initiated for products out of stock.

3. HOW DOES THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS WORK?

Creating a Request: Notify us of your return or exchange request along with your order number and request details by sending an e-mail to panaromaayakkabi@gmail.com or by contacting us at our customer service line +90 553 415 79 93.
Shipping: You can deliver the product to our contracted shipping company with the "Free Return/Exchange Code" to be provided to you by our customer service. (Packages sent counter-paid via companies other than our contracted shipping company are not accepted.)

Inspection: When the product reaches our warehouse, it is inspected by our quality control team. Compliance with the return/exchange conditions is confirmed.

4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERY
If the product in your order has a manufacturing defect or the wrong model/size is sent to you, you can contact us within 14 days from the delivery date to ensure a free return or exchange. In this case, all shipping costs belong to our company.

5. REFUND PROCESS
The refund for products that meet the return conditions is processed in accordance with the payment method you used (credit card, debit card, or wire transfer/EFT) within the legal period of 14 days after the product reaches our warehouse and is approved. The time it takes for your bank to reflect the refund amount to your account or card may vary according to the banks' own processes (generally 1-3 business days for credit cards, 7-14 business days for debit cards). For installment purchases, banks may reflect the refund to the card in the same number of installments.
