1. DELIVERY TIMES
After your orders are confirmed, they are carefully packaged and delivered to our contracted shipping companies. The estimated delivery times according to the region where your delivery address is located are as follows:

Turkey: 1 - 3 business days
European Countries: 5 - 7 business days
Other Countries: 7 days

Note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Changes in delivery times may occur during campaign periods, public holidays, or depending on customs processes.

2. FREE SHIPPING CAMPAIGN AND PRICING
In order to offer you a more advantageous shopping experience, we cover the shipping cost for orders over certain amounts:
Domestic Orders (Turkey): Shipping is free for all your purchases of 4,000 ₺ and above. (For orders under 4,000 ₺, the shipping fee is reflected in your cart at the payment step.)
International Orders (Europe and Other Countries): Shipping is free for all your purchases of 100 USD and above. (For international orders under 100 USD, the shipping fee is automatically calculated on the payment page according to the destination country.)

3. ORDER TRACKING
When your order is delivered to the shipping company, a "Tracking Number" will be sent to the e-mail address you used when creating your membership. With this number, you can instantly track where your order is on the website of the relevant shipping company.

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (For International Orders)
For orders placed outside of Turkey, additional customs duties or import taxes may arise depending on the legal regulations and customs policies of the destination country. Such additional costs and taxes that may occur at customs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer (customer).
